House Rules
Quiet Hours are Between 10pm - 7am
Must be 25 years or older to book property.
Due to restrictions in the neighborhood, guests must send a copy of their driver's license to host.
No parties allowed. If a party takes place, guests will be asked to leave property immediately without a refund. This is enforced by law enforcement.
No smoking in the home. If smoking takes place there is a $300 charge the guest agrees to pay.
In order to use the golf carts, guests must sign a Liability waiver, and agree to a $200 deposit for damages.
Guests agree that if they do not fill the gas tank back up for golf carts, they are responsible for not only the cost of the gas, but also agree to pay a $50 convenience fee.
A $50 fee will be paid by the guest if the garage door opener is lost/damaged
$50 charge for unauthorized late check out.
